If he feels no empathy towards others, then yes, he is a psychopath. And mostly psychopaths are assholes. If you're annoyed by my comment, which you shouldn't, because then its highly unlikely that you're a psychopath. Psychopaths feel no clear emotions, meaning its, i would say "impossible" for them to feel empathy, since to know what sadness, anger, misery is you have to feel it.
